SETTING UP E-MAIL WITH OUTLOOK 2000
| STEP I: |

Tools Menu

After opening Outlook 2000, you'll first want to go to the "Tools"
menu and select "Accounts".

| STEP II: |

Internet Accounts

After clicking on "Accounts" from the "Tools" menu, a
window called "Internet Accounts" will appear. You will want to
make sure that you have the middle "Mail" tab selected, then
click "Add" and select "Mail" from the pop-out menu that
appears to the right of the "Add" button.

| STEP III: |

Your Name

Enter your name as you would like it to appear in the "From" field of
e-mails that you send. When you have finished, click the "Next"
button.

| STEP IV: |
|
Internet E-mail Address

Type in your e-mail address ( example: jsmith@appsmail.com ), and click
"Next" when you are finished.

| STEP V: |
|
E-mail Server Names

After selecting what type of mail server you are trying to enter information for (if you are not
sure, then it is recommended that you leave it at the default setting of
"POP3"), you'll want to enter the following:
Default Settings:

Incoming mail server (POP3):
mail.appsmail.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP):
Contact your Internet Service Provider
If Apps Communications is your ISP, use "mail.appsmail.com" as your SMTP Server

New Settings:
*ONLY use the below information if you know that you are using our new email server
|
Incoming mail server (POP3):
mail2.appsmail.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP):
Contact your Internet Service Provider
If Apps Communications is your ISP, use "mail2.appsmail.com" as your SMTP Server

Internet Mail Login

Type in your "Account Name" (example:
jsmith@appsmail.com ) and the
"Password" that you use to access your e-mail. When you are
finished click "Next".

| STEP VII: |
|
Internet Connection Wizard

Proceed through the "Internet Connection Wizard" choosing
whatever selections best apply to your situation. If you are using a
dial-up internet connection, you'll want to select "Connect using my
phone line". If you are using a high speed internet connection,
you'll want to select "Connect using my local area network (LAN)".

Finished 
After completing the "Internet Connection Wizard", the account
will be ready to be created. Click "Finish" to create your new
account.
